Let's Sketch Heyde Center For the Arts March 8th (Sat)
Saturday March 8th 1:00 - 3:15 pm
Please join us for this rare opportunity to sketch Heyde Center For the Arts, Chippewa Falls. Thank you Debra Johnson, our member and the director of the center, for inviting us.
1:00 pm Quick meet-and-greet in the conference room. Be there sharp as Deb will give us a tour before we start sketching.
3:00 pm Gather back in the room for a throwdown (share sketches) and a group photo.
Here's what you can expect...
"We can open the entire building for sketching - there are lots of nooks and crannies for people to explore. There is a lot of wonderful 1907 architectural elements of this neoclassical building that are gorgeous - cornices, columns, crown molding, proscenium stage, arched doorways, arched windows as well as propose
* We've got plenty of chairs so people can decide if they want to bring their own - or use one of ours.
* There are water fountains on all three floors so they can bring a glass or water bottle.
* There are no limitations on sketch materials." - Deb
